Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead end-to-end footwear development from concept to production, ensuring quality, performance, and cost efficiency
• Manage and mentor development team; collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and sourcing teams
• Oversee technical specifications, prototyping, testing (fit, wear, durability), and product improvements
