Status: Part‑Time, Non‑Exempt, 10–12 hours a week

Role Summary

The Production Director oversees audio and technical support for worship services and church events, ensuring sound systems function clearly and reliably to support communication of God’s Word.

Key Responsibilities

• Run audio for Sunday worship services
• Run sound for Tuesday night rehearsals
• Provide audio support for funerals and special services as needed
• Edit and upload weekly sermon video
• Maintain and troubleshoot audio and production equipment
• Keep production spaces and systems organized
• Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers as needed
