PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE We are currently seeking energetic and hardworking candidates to join our production team. The Production Employee is responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment and performing manual tasks to support the production of lumber and other wood products. This role plays a key part in maintaining a steady production flow and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This position involves general cleanup – physically handling and lifting materials, throughout both sawmill and planer production environments. General Production Cleanup provides tremendous growth opportunities, where motivated individuals are able to train, and excel in various areas throughout the site.
