Job Mission


To ensure maximum utilization of production capacity in MPS planning


Job Responsibilities

  • Manpower / line arrangement for daily prod confirmation

  • Ensure output / in stock follow the MPS

  • In process quality issue analysis & solution

  • Productivity and scrap rate planning & monitoring

  • Leave arrangement for AE / Leader / FSO

  • shift rotation arrangement

  • Trial run process handling

  • Shipment status follow up

  • Performs duties in compliance with RBA

  • Stock take handling

    • Accountabilities & Authorities

  • Ensures the achievement of daily productivity and quality

  • Arranges manpower in accordance to production requirement
