Production Engineer

Primary function:

As a Production Engineer in our plastic injection molding facility, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing process of plastic components including plastic coating and assembly/packing. Your role will involve ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production targets, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Develop and optimize process parameters to enhance cycle time, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to increase efficiency.
• To ensure proper documentation of parameters of processes during the manufacturing of the finished goods.
