Production Engineer

We are looking for a Plant Engineer to join our teams in Bern and support the reliability, optimization, and technical performance of visual inspection machines and packaging lines within a GMP pharmaceutical environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the system owner for visual inspection machines and packaging lines, ensuring their continuous technical reliability and compliance.
• Serve as the primary interface between Value Streams and MSAT teams to align operational and technical priorities.
• Coordinate and plan maintenance breaks, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Lead troubleshooting activities and provide technical support for day-to-day operational challenges.
