Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 production support for Kafka and Qlik platforms.
• Monitor platforms, investigate alerts, and resolve production incidents.
• Perform Unix/Linux troubleshooting (logs, processes, scheduling, performance).
• Execute production changes following ITIL and change management processes.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and global operations teams.

Qualifications:

• 5–6 years of experience in IT production support or operations.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments is a plus.
