Job Description

Plan and Set daily/weekly/monthly production objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow and assign responsibilities and resources for meeting schedules
Oversee the production process as per the quality standards, to achieve targeted first time pass
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance, by coordinating with the Maintenance team
Control & Monitor production output against the plan to meet production OTD targets. To escalate any issues to respective stakeholders 
Prepare and submit reports on production, process data and trends to the functional head 
Review the design drawings prepared as per the customer requirement, identify gaps in process capabilities, if any, to adhere to the quality norms at every stage of production and close the gaps
Identify improvement opportunities in operational facility, cost reduction, layout for process improvement
