Job Description

主要职责 Core Job Responsibilities
Leading the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of processing failure, define corrective and preventive action and complete relevant investigation report in time.
Lead production continuous improvement projects in cost saving, powder loss reduction, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) improvement, Cleaning/flushing improvement and operation standardization
Act as mentor for yellow belt project in operation department and provide support to the mentees to complete their projects
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) project, capable to develop suitable process parameter for the new product and provide technical solution
Involve in engineering projects and support User Requirement Specification (URS) development, and Installation Operation Qualification (IOQ) activity. Lead Performance Qualification (PQ) and provide technical solution to the team.
