Production Engineer III

**主要职责 Core Job Responsibilities**



+ Leading the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of processing failure, define corrective and preventive action and complete relevant investigation report in time.

+ Lead production continuous improvement projects in cost saving, powder loss reduction, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) improvement, Cleaning/flushing improvement and operation standardization

+ Act as mentor for yellow belt project in operation department and provide support to the mentees to complete their projects

+ Support New Product Introduction (NPI) project, capable to develop suitable process parameter for the new product and provide technical solution

+ Involve in engineering projects and support User Requirement Specification (URS) development, and Installation Operation Qualification (IOQ) activity. Lead Performance Qualification (PQ) and provide technical solution to the team.
