Position: *Production Engineer*

Location: Jafza/ DIP, Dubai 

Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical

Experience: *Min 3 + Years of Experience, Should possess strong technical and manufacturing knowledge of Level Gauges, Diaphragm Seals, Level Switches, RTDs, and Temperature & Pressure Gauges.*

Salary: AED  - 4000-5000

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing lead times
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of productivity
3. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
4. Continuously review and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
