Production Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our dynamic team at Ohta Precision (M) Sdn Bhd in Kajang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of quality assurance and control across our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare drawings and updated with the latest version
• Research and development tasks including design, fabrication, evaluating and troubleshoot of parts, assembly, internal jig & fixtures, machines and processes
• Monitor and follow up on FA and secondary process
• Prepare production daily check sheet and product detail
• Lead, train and guide the production and assembly team
• Plan and organize the daily production activities
• Ensure all products and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result
