Are you an experienced Production Engineer looking to join a leading global electronics manufacturer? Samsung Electro-Mechanics Phils. Corp. is seeking a talented and driven Production Engineer to join our team in Calamba City, Laguna. As a fulltime Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement across our production operations.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for supervising and improving production, ensuring quality of work in an efficient manner.
• Ensure that safety protocols are practiced and well implemented, report issues to the Manager, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profit.
• Do root-cause analysis and do countermeasure, elimination of problem and improve the process.
