production engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• FRESH GRADUATE ARE OPEN TO APPLY (must have Diploma or TOR)
• With or without experience in manufacturing company
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting basis
• Render OT weekdays and weekends if required

JOB DUTIES:

• Interpret processes received and makes necessary conversions for production equipment to be used.
• Perform tests on molds, which cannot be tested at the Technology Center.
• Sets molds to be tested.
• Records and maintains mold and process setup sheets.
• Improves and documents processes on existing molds, using established systematic techniques.
• Assists in trouble shooting production processes.
