Production Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY / AUTHORITY
Plan and lead a production team to achieve production output and quality standards.
Monitoring an improvement in production line Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Assist in monitoring and control of daily production activities to reduce unnecessary wastage.
Oversee daily engineering and maintenance support for production and press line equipment and utility facilities.
To lead maintenance team to plan and implement with preventive maintenance schedule.
Ensure machines operate at good performance in order to minimize any potential major breakdown of manufacturing equipment.
Review and monitor production performance frequently, facilitating cost saving and process improvement in all production operations.
To ensure relevant training and development are provided to improve job knowledge and flexibility of work force skills.
