Job Description

To monitor overall production activities in plants 
To assist production manager to perform all production activities in plant 
To ensure product quality meets quality standards 
To ensure safe operation and attend all required safety training 
To implement all BMOS Requirements 
To initiate improvement plans to improve performance of production plants in terms of product quality and plant efficiencies. 
To coordinate with Production Planning Department on production schedule to make sure all products meet the shipment schedule. 
Provide good leadership skills in leading plant troubleshooting. 
Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 & HACCP, make sure all documentation and requirements are in order. 
To train and develop plant personnel with working and personal skill, to analyze the training needs and work out the training program.
