Production Engineer

The Production Engineer is responsible for the process design, operation and implementation. Main duties include ensuring product conversion repeatability, analyze system efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability. Implements simple yet effective solutions to continually boost production and conducting risk assessments prior any project execution.

• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows. Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
• Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
• Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
