Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Japanese-owned manufacturing company. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about process optimization, precision manufacturing, and professional growth. You will undergo a comprehensive training program to be gain knowledge about our production systems and Kaizen (continuous improvement) philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the manpower within the assigned working area, ensuring that the manufacturing process has always been observed.
• Coordinate with the immediate Team Leader and Production Manager in developing plans that aim to improve production processes, costs and labor.
