Working Location: Senai, Johor

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to join our precast manufacturing team in Senai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of precast components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to optimize workflow and maximize output
• Inspect precast components before and after casting
• Conduct pre-pour, post-pour, and pre-delivery inspections for all components
• Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Calculate and forecast manpower and material requirements for the production line
