Production Engineer

Responsibilities:
Process safety and unit operation evaluation
Equipment modification implementation and following up
Monitoring project unit operation
Involving in deviation investigation, participate in CAPA and document training
Responsible for the equipment release for cleaning
Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by the Department
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in Pharmacy or chemistry related
Strong English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills — reading, writing and speaking, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in China and overseas.
Good computer skills
Good work coordination and communication skills
Good leadership skills and ability to develop subordinates
Strong problem-solving ability
