Production Engineer (Winnipeg)

Full-time Position located in Calgary, AB. Job Requisition Id: JR . Line of Business: Precast. Pay Range: $101,050.00 – $134,743.32.

Responsibilities

• Optimize new and existing production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Check and validate production shop drawings for fabrication.
• Provide training and oversight to junior engineers (E.I.T), interns, floor level operators and drafters.
• Provide routine engineered structural designs for precast underground concrete structures.
• Collaborate with both internal and external project stakeholders to ensure constructability and feasibility of items being produced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering with EIT or P Eng. certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
