Production Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:





+ Manage and ensure the smooth operation of Production Engineering team.



+ Supports external and internal clients in the area of Production Engineering.



+ Ensures the work of subordinate employees in accordance with quality and environmental requirements, based on existing procedures and instructions.



+ Monitors and improves production processes for products in series production.



+ Provides support to Operation in solving problems in the production process.



+ Ensures the work of subordinate employees in accordance with the principles of continuous improvement model



+ Cooperates with other departments in problem solving and root cause analysis.



+ Develops methods and procedures in the organization to increase productivity.
