Production Equipment Technician

I. Job Summary

The PPES/ Machine Technician ensures the reliable operation of production equipment through timely troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. The role involves managing tools, monitoring equipment performance, maintaining accurate reports, and supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives. Strict adherence to safety, quality, and company policies is required, along with prompt reporting of any critical issues and support for continuous improvement activities.

II. Minimum Requirements

• At least Senior High School diploma or a Technical-Vocational diploma in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, or a closely related field, complemented by at least one year of hands-on technical experience within a manufacturing setting.
• Exhibits strong adaptability to varying work schedules and environments, including the willingness and ability to work night shifts.
