• To ensure all factory SOP are followed
• To ensure production efficiency are achieved
• To ensure all material usage are monitored and maintain according to set budget
• To ensure workers discipline are maintain, workers morale are maintain
• To ensure overtime are monitored and maintained.
• To work with other departments for improvement and contribute improvement ideas
• To ensure all workers are well train in all aspects.
• To ensure 4M are monitored (Man, Method, Material, Machine)
• Other duties as requested by the management

Requirements :

· Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 1–3 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.

· Knowledge in production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM).
