Production Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Production Executive/Pharmacist to support and manage production operations at Hovid Ipoh. The role ensures cGMP compliance, meets production targets, drives operational excellence, and champions continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute production schedules to meet monthly demands and manage daily operations.
• Ensure cGMP compliance, quality standards, and adherence to zero-defect policies.
• Supervise raw materials, packaging, and yields; drive process improvements.
• Lead and develop the Ipoh production team; foster a quality-driven culture.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, Maintenance, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments.
• Implement technology trials, SOP changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist Plant Manager with projects and operational tasks as needed.
