Production Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production to meet output and quality targets.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams.
• Supervise, train, and coach production staff.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and regulations.
• Maintain production records and reports.
