Production Facilitator – Engineering Graduate

Were looking for a recent engineering graduate to support our factory production, design development, and project activities. This role offers strong technical exposure and excellent growth potential. Responsibilities Coordinate and update the factory production schedule (incl. SOS orders). Review design info and assist with design development and documentation (SOPs, policies, templates). Support internal reviews, investigations, and project tasks. Manage training and hand tool databases. Ensure shop floor design changes are captured in updated drawings. Collaborate with Sales, Stores, and Purchasing to ensure product feasibility and availability. Update production info in the ERP system and support cross department communication. Requirements Bachelor of Engineering or Engineering Technology (recent graduate). Interest in electrical/mechanical systems or industrial products.
