Production Foreman

Qualifications/Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related courses
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in manufacturing set-up with emphasis on electric/electro-mechanical knowledge
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience
• Supervisory Skills as a Junior Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Supervises and monitors activities in production area.
2. Checks operation workmanship if they conform with the requirement.
3. Checks the availability of materials needed on every section in each work shift during operations.
4. Coordinates with Production Planning and Inventory Control regarding Production Schedule and jobs need to be prioritized.
5. Coordinates with Quality Assurance Department in conducting testing and sampling, and other quality concerns and issues.
