We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Foreman to join our client’s team in Cape Town. The Production Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and deadlines
– Oversee and supervise production workers, ensuring that they adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
– Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity
– Train and mentor production staff to ensure proper understanding of job duties and expectations
