Production Foreman

Job Description:

• Manage production manpower and line assignments
• Monitor daily output, efficiency, and downtime
• Implement production planning and scheduling
• Enforce quality standards and 5S implementation
• Translate instructions from Japanese management when required
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and manpower briefings
• Address production issues and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure safety compliance in production area

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or any related course
• At least 2–3 years leadership experience in manufacturing (wire harness / automotive industry is an advantage)
• With experience handling production manpower (line leaders, operators)
• Nihongo proficiency (JLPT N3 or above preferred)
• Able to translate and coordinate with Japanese expatriates
