Production Group Leader

The Group Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of a team to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. This role provides leadership, guidance, and performance oversight while supporting operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Engineering, Business, Operations, etc.).
• 2–5 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic knowledge of operational processes and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
