ANLEON SOLUTIONS' is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production professional to join our growing team in Bulacan Central Luzon. As a full-time Production role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our manufacturing and logistics processes.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality and timeliness of outputs
• Coordinating with various teams to optimise workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Monitoring and maintaining production equipment and machinery to maximise uptime
• Analysing production data and generating reports to support decision-making
• Implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to production personnel
