Production Head

TOP CHEFS FOOD SUPPLIES INC. is looking for one (1) Production Head with the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Food Tech or Biology or Engineering Course
• With 5 years or more experience as a Production Head in the food manufacturing industry
• Team player
• Knows how to handle employees
• Amenable to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan
• Can start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Quality Assurance Head and Warehouse Head
• Plan a production schedule for the job
• Review and adjust the schedule where needed
• Determine the manpower required for day-to-day operation
• Determine the material resources required
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
