Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Head of Production to lead our production department and deliver commercial-level shoots with a strong sense of creativity, innovation, and quality. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage end-to-end production while consistently introducing new visual ideas, styles, and storytelling approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all production activities, including commercials, brand videos, digital campaigns, and event coverage
• Plan, manage, and execute commercial-level shoots from pre-production to post-production
• Develop creative concepts in collaboration with marketing and creative teams
