Production Head

I. JOB SUMMARY

Production Head is responsible in assisting the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, controlling and directing the daily activities of the line to produce the desired volume of product according to the prescribed efficiency rate and quality/yield levels, in conformance to customer’s schedule at minimum manpower and material loss.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

NOTE: MUST HAVE AN GOOD EXPERIENCE AT SMT

1. Plans, leads, organizes, and controls the activities of production, engineering, and production planning and control personnel in order to assure high quality, low cost, and delivered on time world class products. Coordinates various functions from Purchasing to collection.
2. Assures smooth production flow especially on important check points from the start to end of production. Recommends revisions/improvements on production standard operating procedures (SOP’s) in coordination with QC/QA...
