Qualifications for Production Head

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must have the following:

• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer
• Strong background in project management, Road Safety Installation and Signages
• Experience in building construction and structural works
• Experience in substation and transmission line projects is an advantage
• Proven hands-on experience with pre-cast wall panels, fence panels, or modular concrete products
• Strong understanding of mold design, reinforcement detailing, concrete mix design, curing, and finishing
• Computer proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable in Building Codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
• Good communication skills
