Job Summary

The Production Head is responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, supervising production staff, ensuring timely completion of job orders, and maintaining quality standards. The role includes staff training, workflow management, and basic troubleshooting of machinery and electrical issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage overall factory production operations.
• Lead and monitor production staff to ensure completion of each Job Order (JO) on time.
• Conduct training and orientation for production workers.
• Implement quality control standards for modular cabinet production.
• Assign tasks and monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Troubleshoot basic machine and minor electrical problems.
• Coordinate with management regarding production schedules and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
