• Operate noodle/pancit production machines (mixing, rolling, cutting, drying, packing).
• Prepare ingredients and raw materials according to production standards.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure smooth and continuous production.
• Check product quality, texture, and packaging before release.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
• Follow food safety, GMP, and company procedures at all times.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and storing finished products.
• Report machine issues or production problems to the supervisor.
• Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment.
