Production Helper

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving of returned items.
• Conducts quality and quantity check of received items.
• Loading of items as designated by the Warehouse Operations Head / Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensures good housekeeping of the assigned Warehouse.
• Re-painting of faded color codes of items.
• Proper stacking of stocks.
• Prepares overtime slip and recommends rendition of overtime of agency workers to the WOH.
• Monitors productivity and efficiency of assigned tasks to agency workers.
• Assist inspectors during inspection.
• Authorizes withdrawal and monitoring of warehouse supplies and equipment's to ensure that there is no wastage.
• Accomplish Daily Production work log.
• Preparation of items for dispatching
• Checks the daily pick-up list.
• Accepts preparation orders from Dispatch Section (e.g. Preparation Slip, Sales Order, WS, Additional Slip).
