The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, and brings at least five years of relevant experience in FMCG food manufacturing, particularly in spices and desserts processing. This role demands expertise in production planning, quality control, and compliance with food safety standards to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
