Production In-charge

• Supervise and coordinate production operators to meet daily output targets.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure proper handling of equipment.
• Oversee quality inspections and confirm compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely servicing and repairs.
• Enforce safety rules and promote a clean, organized work environment.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to operators.
• Report production status, challenges, and recommendations to management.
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Job Qualifications/ Requirements:
