Production Innovation & CI Specialist

About This Opportunity

This role is focused on driving continuous improvement across Canada Packers hog production system. Working closely with Senior Hog Production Managers, the Production Innovation & Continuous Improvement Specialist will identify, test, and implement initiatives that reduce costs, improve productivity, and strengthen at‑barn execution. The position requires a highly hands‑on role with regular presence in barns and direct engagement with barn teams to sustain initiatives. It reports directly to the Director, Hog Production.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential improvement opportunities and projects that reduce costs and improve productivity, drawing from both internal Canada Packers operations and external/global swine industry practices.
