Production Jr. Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Controls and update operators in work related items such as productivity, quality, yield and material consumption.
• Directly responsible in planning and controlling the line to hit target output and meets shipment schedule.
• Allocate and distribute manpower resources for proper line loading.
• Controls and monitors the usage of office supplies, direct and indirect materials.
• Directly assists operator and recommend techniques for work improvement.
• Directly responsible in motivating people to work effectively and efficiently to achieve company's objective, enforcing discipline, orderliness and cleanliness in the line.
• Gives immediate feedback to the Sr. Supervisor and / or Section Head whenever problem arises in the line.
• Responsible in proper training of new and transferred operators.
