Production Lead - Injection Molding & Thermoforming

MWC de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. in Saltillo is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in plastic injection molding and thermoforming processes.

You will ensure efficient production flow while driving continuous improvement, managing quality and safety standards, and leading a team of operators and technicians. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred.
