Network of Organizations Working with People with Disabilities (NOWPDP) is a non-governmental organization that promotes an inclusive society through holistic and sustainable endeavours in education and economic empowerment.
The Production Lead will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing all production activities at the wheelchair manufacturing facility. This role ensures that operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The Lead will oversee workforce deployment, production scheduling, vendor coordination for outsourced processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost-effective, timely, and high-quality output.
Job Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Control
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet demand forecasts.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure timely delivery against customer orders.
