Production Lead

As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensure the proper execution of production processes lines, guaranteeing compliance with the quality, safety, cost, and time standards established by the company and the client. Lead work teams under principles of operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement, optimizing resources and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position reports to Production Manager

• Coordinate and control the manufacturing of products required to meet the production schedule within the defined timeframe, quantity, and specifications, in line with the objectives established by the Production Management.
• Monitor and manage compliance with operational indicators (KPIs) and daily reports from the mid-level managers under your responsibility.
