DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the production line by coordinating daily activities, upholding quality standards, supporting the team through training and guidance, and serving as the essential link between operations and management.
Task Lists:
• Understand the work plan for the day in advance. Host the pre-shift meeting, explain the quality status of the previous day, rework machines, reasons, precautions during production, customer complaint items, etc.
• Arrange employee positions according to the differences in employee proficiency and flexibility, and arrange the work for the day.
• Before starting the machine, prepare work standard books, packaging specifications, labels, etc. to conduct pre-job training for operators, and leave training records.
• Inspect each machine every 2H/1 time, and confirm the quality status according to the start-up sample and production...
