Production Leader - Lean Manufacturing & Quality Focus

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets
2. Optimize production processes and workflows to enhance productivity, efficiency and quality
3. Monitor and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
4. Manage and coordinate the activities of production teams, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated
5. Work closely with the procurement, quality assurance and logistics teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operations
