Production Leader

GE Aerospace Hermosillo is looking for an experienced Production Leader to join our team. The Production Leader is in charge of the entire production process for GE set of products, organizing and recommending strategies to ensure that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications. They supervise teams that work in operations and product development. The role includes supervising & following up the production plan for GE operations of numerical control machines and non-CNC operations such as washing, CMM, manual measurements for the aerospace industry, providing and following up the necessary tools, gauges, documentation, and materials to CNC operators & CNC technicians. Help to achieve compliance quality, safety, equipment, autonomous maintenance, and supplies standards, and ensure compliance with the code of ethics, Quality Policy, Health and Safety standards, and Quality Management System.
