Production Leader

We are looking for a Production leader to oversee daily production operations in our commissary. The ideal candidate will manage production staff, ensure product quality, maintain food safety standards, and achieve production targets. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and hands-on supervision to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in food production, preferably in cakes or related operations.
• Experience in commissary or large-scale food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
